Dear Tim,

Indulge me in a little preamble…

Buying from the internet can be a tricky matter. Having been disappointed in the past with unknown brands, looking distinctly as though they have been imported from the far east and rebranded, I recently vowed to only buy those brands which were well known to me since photographs used by traders can, in my experience, be somewhat misleading.

Following your delivery, I may have to rethink that strategy.

I must have been living in isolation for the last however many years, because not having heard of you I am now wondering how I missed you. I admit, from years of disappointment buying from the internet, I had this latent fear that something uninspiring may drop out of the boxes and I would put matters down to experience. What actually happened was quite different, my breath was taken away with the sheer high quality of the belts. The workmanship is superb, no made in India, rebadged and mass produced product here. The Worcestershire Leather Company inspires brand loyalty and in my opinion, for the style of belt, the high quality is second to none.
Further, the innovative quick-release belt is nothing short of superb and I have been looking for the likes of a Cornbury Belt for the last 20 years. In short I’m absolutely delighted.

Hi Tim,
I received the wallet today. Thank you so much. It is so much better than I expected – I had been looking at wallets from Ettinger and Swaine Adeney Brigg but couldn’t justify spending that much money. Yours looked similar on the website so I took a gamble… and it paid off. If anything the quality of the leather and stitching is better than the ones I looked at in the West End and for about half the price. The Paypal service worked well and emails to keep me up to date on progress were much appreciated. Finally the presentation on opening the parcel was excellent – wrapped in it’s own box and with a hand written note. It doesn’t get much better than that and it harks back to a time and a level of service that I thought was long since extinct. Thank you for exceeding my expectations. You have a loyal customer who will definitely be back.

I bought a quick release belt from Tim in 2001 and have worn it non-stop. Now with new leather fitted it’s ready for the next decade.
Tim also made me a bespoke briefcase / bag that has been around the world for 9 years and is still perfect for the job no matter how much weight I put in it. The suede green lining always makes people ask “Where did you get that from?”

I am pleased to keep you up to date. I now have in my possession here in France a superbly crafted quick release belt, worth every penny and the wait. Nice touch with the cloth bag the belt came in giving me the aroma of the workshop; all in all an overload for my senses. I am really pleased with it, thank you.
My experience with you could have been much improved had you kept me up to date with an accurate fixed delivery date and perhaps debiting my card only on dispatch. Perhaps you should seriously consider that.
I would have no problems ordering with you in the near future or indeed recommending you to friends as workmanship is second to none.
