Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world and the cost for each product is stated in the Shipping & Delivery section on the foot of each product's page. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations. Please note that import duty and / or taxes may be applied to your order value at point of entry to your country and can vary from c 20% in Europe to 3% elsewhere in the World.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or kilogram.

You may wish to use your own shipping company account in which case you must notify The Worcestershire Leather Company prior to placing your order.

Delivery & Availability:

All bridle leather belts in any of our range of colours: 10 – 20 working days despatch from receipt of order and payment (15 - 20 working days Christmas period). Wallets 10 – 14 days dispatch from receipt of order and payment. We will confirm your order and notify you of any anticipated delay if necessary.

All other products or colours normally 30 plus working days after receipt of order and we will try to contact you if we expect a delay over this amount of time.

Colours:

Colours may vary according to leather manufacture batch, photography and reproduction however we will happily send colour swatches on request.

Special Occasions:

Please specify a date if the purchase is for a special occasion, we will endeavour to meet your date specified however we strongly advise you contact us first so we can discuss delivery options.

Returns:

You may return items ordered for exchange or refund if unworn or undamaged (please see Terms & conditions) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the error is a result of yours we will only refund the goods value once the goods are received in an unused /unworn, brand new condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

N.B. – CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU MARK THE PACKAGE AS ‘RETURNED GOODS NO DUTY PAYABLE’ AS WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR IMPORT DUTY. DUTY & ANY EXCESS SHIPPING ( UK ALSO ) WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IF INCURRED OR RETURN OF GOODS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.

If you need to return an item, simply fill in our returns form. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
